I am a certified personal trainer specialized in fitness therapy, senior fitness & fitness recovery, therefore I am very happy to work with you in a fitness journey according to your needs & goals. We can do regular fitness sessions and/or I can set up a training for you to do at home or in the fitness center, with evaluation/follow up, periodisation & support.

Classic pilates consists in a class with series of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, performed in the precise sequence he had intended, with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. Continuous, smooth transitions as you move from one position to another create strength and stamina with intense focus on the core.
Power Abs & Flexibility is a new class where the main focus is to work with the core strengthening and, in the second part, full body stretching & mobility exercises.
